An annual bicycle ride commemorating the forced removal of Cherokee people.
The 1,000 mile ride passes through Steelville on June 13, 2024. They will stop at the Steelville City Park. The city park is at the location of the H. E. Davis Farm where about 10 groups of Cherokee, and Creek and their slaves camped.
