Wild Onion & Hominy DipA warm\, savory blend of wild onions\, white hominy\, and light seasoning\, served with blue corn crisps or frybread wedges.Cherokee + Muscogee shared ingredient traditions.2. Sofke Corn Cup with Smoked TurkeySmall tasting cups of sofke (fermented corn porridge)\, topped with a spoonful of smoked turkey and green onion.A gentle but tangy dish that is perfect for small bites.
